YES! Children are natural yogis. Babies are born completely present, feeling it all. They have innate curiosity, flexibility, and desire to connect. Over time, children can start to lose these things if they aren't nurtured or practiced. Yoga and mindfulness skills help children to increase self awareness, focus, compassion, and love.
